England, like most countries around the world, has been developed over many years by people immagrating to our country. Becuase of this we have become a powerful country with a very diverse population, just like America, France etc.
Without immagration into the country the economy would regress and the country would be a lot worse of for it.
These people come to our country, and are happy to do the jobs the inhabitants of this country dont want to do, and they are more than happy to work for minimum wage, which is why we can produce goods and sell them at competitive prices.

White people have it tough. They have to constantly deal with the problem of being uncomfortable around black people and they have to figure out how to not hire them for jobs, while at the same time not appearing racist and getting sued. This is not very easy nowadays. White people never get the same kind of attention paid to them, like getting pulled over because of their skin color. It's totally unfair that blacks get all the attention from the cops, and it hurts white people's self esteem! They need attention too! Most importantly, white people had to deal with enslaving black people three generations ago. Slaves were not cheap! They were like, $5,000 apiece! You try getting together enough money to own 10 slaves and run a plantation. Not to mention, all the wealth and power white people have managed to consolidate. It's a lot of pressure! I'd like to see black people deal with such a burden as having more power and money than they know what to do with.

In summary, Rascal is right. It's totally unfair that people don't get banned for being racist against white people, when there's already so much a burden to put up with outside the game.

About racism remarks and bannings, people are so ridiculously immature, they simply feel the need to go off at someone for real or made up reason. But... they don't seem to learn anything from bans for racism. They just complain about the person who banned them and call them a fascist (Ok, not everyone does this)
People will always try to be put other people down, and will always use racism as a way to put someone down. Or a joke. Or a justification for their greediness and lack of empathy.

In Canada people encourage multiculturalism, but now what I see everyday is the often 1st and 2nd generation immigrants being racist toward another. Just the other day I was walking by and this chinese guy walks past me and whispers n***** I was all like wtf? I'm don't even have an african ancestry. It's just people who are insecure who are racist. They feel bigger when they hurt another. Then the person who is hurt one might do the same thing, and the cycle goes on. I think thats what's going on in the game. Saying Newb fits in the same category for me. It's all discrimination. There should be bots that warn/ban people when they say a racist term. Theif of time has a point, some if not all people who get banned don't learn that people do not tolerate racism, but it doesn't matter as they will no longer play the game.
