TW is and prob will never be balanced enough to have both a place to have fun and a place to have real prac as well as accommodate both new players and old ones. It simply was never designed that way. Pub has almost always been "for fun" ... it's hard to change it into a for fun arena and a prac arena AND a serious prac arena. Like trying to create one place for 3 different objectives/types of ppl.

I don't play pub often at all (i only play base or TWD). The last time I did it was pub 15 (not pure pub). There was about 5v5 basing happening, I terred and it was fun.

go base has been a little more empty than usual. Go out and tell your friends, your classmates, you little brother's friends. It only takes 10-20 people to get pub basing going and only 20 to get go base going. A handful more people getting on at random times will help push things back to pretty stable activity (not that it's so terrible now).

I don't think we need to get more people into basing specifically. There's pure pub, base, twbd arenas. If people know how to change arenas, they will get to see basing in action. Maybe it's hard for them to get into but that's the nature of any highly cooperative team game. Even so, they can start basing in any pub. We all started in pubs. ?go base used to be private. As in you couldn't find it if you wanted to.

Well then explain me, I've been holding BasingCrew together for about one and a half year which is a good thing for the basing community. I've even came up with Quirion / First Stage / Infanite which has brought many new basers. I dont think that has been negative to the basing scene, you disliking me is no excuse.

I think Geno has been the one ignorant, because I think he's talking about that 8 squad tournament which I didnt set up.

90% of those squads' members got tired of floundering in mediocrity and gave up. Their impact on basing was negligible, so using that to try and help your already-ruined case is pointless. Genocidal said it best:
