My first time experience propsing an idea to mod directly/upperstaff

why need a tag? can't there be just some people that play pub a lot and know the score, to help people with questions. Don't know why people always want a title, just help. I know many people stop playing tw after 3 hours because they don't get it, but I think everyone experienced can help them and there isn't a special team needed for that.

Someone was already talking about getting rid of the <ZH> tag a while ago (I think Epi mentioned it) and convinced me that ZH's are quite useless and they don't have that much work which ER's couldn't handle.

It's true. Aside from being a temporary 'probational period' type job for new staff, the position of ZH is pretty useless IMO.

As for the idea, it's the first time I've heard of it, but I agree with those that say that this shouldn't be part of staff. Helping new players is something that everyone should do, and if you want to do it yourself, good for you. In fact if you want to start your own non-staff affiliated organization that helps players, go ahead no one is stopping you. You could also write a new player's guide (as many people have done) if you wanted.

If you think that the <GT> tag should be PART of staff that is pretty pointless. There's already too many things to do on staff and not enough good and interested people around to add yet another layer of people to the staff hierarchy. There is absolutely no reason why staff 'legitimacy' would increase the effectiveness of people wanting to help one bit. In fact, if players expect something more from the GTs (i.e. learn how to win TWL and be a top 10 dueler) and the GTs are just sucky players, then that will just add more headaches to staff as people find yet another way to complain.

So in conclusion, if you want to help go for it no one is stopping you. If you want your idea to be part of staff, I don't think it'll ever happen.

As for DoCk> people bug him every day, and if he sees a bad idea he'll call you on it. If he sees a bad idea and you keep bugging him, and you didn't bother even talking to anyone else in staff or submitting something to TWPS that's even worse.

thats why i wanted to be zh for life but i couldn't handle the number of flames i got daily for being a zh. at least with <ER> its kinda like having a board with a nail in it. you want some?

the whole <GT> tag is retarded just like when i accidentally created the <RH> tag. Sure, mine actually made sense (it was jus for the period when people would host, never any other time), but of course they were ridiculed, harassed and some even sexually molested.

To all the idiots who talk about how crappy the zone is and how they hate TW staff so much, why do you still play? Do you eat in crap restaurants after they spit in your food and put feces in your water? What kind of fukin retard are you? If you have a problem with an establishment, I don't really think you go there every day talkin crap about it. You just need to get a life.

Dock> is one of the most patient and nicest people I know. You must have REALLY pissed him off badly for him to even respond to you at all. Most of the time he just has people like you on ignore. Dock is like the King of England, he doesn't really do any work other than executive commands and other things that people can't do. TW is built so it can run superflously without much attention from any single person.
