ive seen a website a guy told me to check cannot remeber his name, but he told me to check this site and said you can glitch through walls sure enough i checked, then told him to go to a priv pub and show me, and he did it, he also gave his wb x radar, and multi enabling it to shoot two bullets this actually happened, i think its coming back to me, the name zabuza hehe j/k na cant remember his name its emerald somthing

fuck the lag cheats, look at the lag people like kthx (a staffer) have that's totally legal because they're too cheap to buy cable (or just enjoy the lag rush and lag dodge their shit connection provides). Yes, I understand some places don't have cable, but these hick douche bags make playing frustrating as fuck.
So, it's legal to use shit connections to produce lag like that, but illegal to duplicate it?

When vys was banned for lag cheating kthx was one of the ones saying "it's not the fact that he doesn't die, it's that he eats bullets and then kills" hmm... I don't have enough fingers to count the number of times his bullshit lag has taken what should have been a double and eaten like a glutton.

And no- staff don’t give a fuck about lag cheats unless it’s directly effecting one of them in TWD or TWL, and many will turn a blind eye when they know squaddies are CEing.

If priik doesnt wanna write an updated client he should open source it...I'm sure someone can think of a way of preventing cheating.

It wouldnt reduce security as there already is a CE that can do pretty much anything......

Maybe I just have an optimistic outlook on the TW community, but I don't think a lot of people really use it. I think a lot of people know it's out there, but also know the risks and dangers of it. It's like steroids, the people who use em MIGHT get away with it, but they're in a constant danger. What's the fun of winning using cheats anyway?

I think a lot of people are paranoid about people using it now because it's kind of gone public. Cheating used to be very underground, and the people who knew for a fact what people cheated didn't say anything, now people are being a bit more outspoken about it... but perhaps not enough.

I'm glad TW is making an effort to stop cheating, but you have to know CE and programs like that have been around for a long time... that championship that so-and-so team won could been won because of so-and-so cheating, even way back when. I guess we just have to make steps towards stopping it, but keep an optimistic outlook on it. It's certainly not something that's worth causing a hubub over I think.

Although I think it isn't possible to catch someone doing a freq hack, to make themselves invincible, if they have some genuine lag.

On another note, does anyone feel that if a person is undeniably caught cheating(hack/lag/program cheats) whether it be in the divisions, ?go duel, pub or whatever, do you think the squad they are on should also be penalized (such as a 3 day squadron ban on playing any twd matches perhaps?)

I think there are some players who dont give a shit if they get banned, so they cheat, get caught, and in two months come back and start doing it all over again. Additionally penalizing the squad that these cheaters play for may put pressure on them to stop because they'll find themselves unwelcome in established squads. I know that I sure as hell wouldnt want to be banned from twd because some jackass on my squad wants to use CE....

I think the whole squad roster should be forced to carry the repercussions of cheating, and the regular players should be held to the same code of conduct required by team captains/assistants.

There should be a thread or if not, then some means of which squad captains/players can check another players ban history. Even a regularily updated thread showcasing the playernames, reason for ban, and ban length could be done weekly or whatever, so that captains can consider these things before they recruit a person. I dont know how reasonable a suggestion this is because i have no idea about the exact amount of bans handed out per week, or how they are recorded, i just think it would be a handy tool in exposing the regular cheaters in this game and help the captains know more about a potential new recruit.
