Your analogy is offensive and childish. You not only fall right in line with Godwin whenever you reach for an attack, you do so poorly. This is the third or so time I've seen you compare someone to a Nazi. Ok, I was reffering to the Wave experiment by Burt Ross and the SS, not to national socialism --a form of socialism some of the younger Americans seem to support these days; we can attack any country because they are stupid muslims and we are Americans and we rock--

I will explain you why I made this terrible analogy, which all offends us so much that it could just as easy be repeated in 2006 as it was in 1969 as in the 1930s.
Basicly the Waffen SS was the most cruel Division of the German army, and they were because of their ideology and the way how they could be part of something as elite as the SS.
And since an ideology can have no flaw, any attack on the ideology would be wrong, and since these people were part of the ideology, it would be a personal attack.
Now I know that not every SSer supported the ideology as such, but then at least they had to keep up appearances.
I don't have to tell you that the waffen SS was the cruelest division of the German army.
Ofcourse I could have used any ideology as analogy; communism which lead to the Stalin regime, the Cold War. Religion, like Catholism and the inquisition.

Now why would I make such a terrible analogy to begin with? It's because I get sick of seeing Kolar in every staff-related thread to try and be the knight in shining armor, neglecting any emotional context or just real facts:

I was in a TWD match the other day where someone was reported for cheating (lagging on the outside of the twd arena) and two mods popped into spec soon after the call. Now it doesnt take much to quick key a stop to any running programs as soon as staff shows up, so perhaps staff shouldnt always be so OBVIOUS if they are actually attempting to catch someone in the act. Changing your name to one less noticeable doesnt really require much effort...

Slaq, I see you posting this thread as nothing more then an attack on staff so please do not quote or direct anything towards me. You were staff and you know how this works.

Why not suggest something like all Moderators get 2-3 names with powers like Smods. All this fucking whinning is doing nothing.

I'm giving pepople my view of things because I can see more of what goes on in staff then most people. I'm also trying to put down any references to personal issues so we don't get major fights where the issue is staff as a whole, since Zues won't do anything about it.

Zerzera is trolling Exalt. My grand father on my dads side was an engineer and suffered greatly during WW2, he was acutally blown off his ship and nearly died. He didn't given up, he could have but went back. My grandmother suffered throughout her childhood fearing gas attacks by the Nazis and aerial bombing of London. Maybe you should pick up a few history books and understand that the Idelogy of the Nazis is extremely corruptable and is offensive in nature. I do not like being refered to as a Nazi and I find making the smallest connection between that and me offensive.
