There is a fine line between abusing powers, and silencing certain fuckwads that need to be silenced. The SS started as a group of units in WWI. Not II, not after Hitler came to power. They were units of people that were used to charge enemy trenches, and were formed from troops that had discipline problems, were generally nuts, and were not about being true believers, but were instead nuts and horrible enough to do pretty much anything they were ordered to do.

that is not true. the SS started in 1920-1930, depends on which organisation u mean. dont start arguing about it, i wont bother to respond anyway. use books to look it up.

Are you talking about the Freikorps and Sturm Abteilung? I mean the SS as being the one that spawned as sort of Praetorian Guard for the NSDAP.
You can't debate history, you can only debate sources.

Yes. Ernst Rohm was a member of the Freikorps, and then founded the SA. Hitler didn't like that they were apolitical, so he chose and recruited completely loyal to him, members of the SA and formed the Stabswache. Since that group was under the directive of the SA still, Hitler disbanded them and reformed them into the Strosstrupp.

After Hitler was released from prison in 1924, and impressed by the loyalty of the Strosstrupp during the 1923 Putsch, underwent yet another rebirth into the Schutzstaffel.

Despite the fact that Ernst Rohm was murdered, and the SA torn apart, leaving Germany wide open for the SS in the power vacuum, the SS still has roots way back in the Freikorps in WWI. He was only murdered because he wanted to take the SA a different direction than Hitler wanted it to go.

At least you were remarkably civil about this and were open to discussion, rather than insults. I don't claim to know all ends but I do know that there were founding members of the fully formed SS that go straight back to the SA and even the Freikorps.

I think when you're extremely paranoid, and you're working for absolute total control of a country, someone wanting to do something opposite to your wishes is pretty much a death sentence.

You kind of have to remember that right before Rohm was killed and the SA dismantled, it was a major power player in Germany at the time, so I doubt it was completely all paranoia that got them tore apart. It actually did frighten Hitler, and probably with good reason.

the number of CE reports have increased exponentially is because of paranoia. true, cheaters are on the rise, but its not as bad as some of you think. Since the introduction of CE and the idea/concept of it to the general public, we get reports for just 1 eat in a dd match. "blahblah is using CE! come!!".. goes to the arena, and blahblah is 4-9, and boom dies, out of the game. yup, nice CE usage right there. people are slowing forgetting eating due to lag is a part of this game, and invisible greens do exist. CE is slowly becoming an excuse for losing, sucking, or simply want someone banned.

im not denying there are CE users out there, or ban evaders, but more than 70% of cheater calls are just people using CE has an excuse. "no way this guy can go 15-7 against my squad! CE!" heh
