Splitting Tourny

Probably the worst part of the current configuration of tourny is the ability to vote for games played to 1 death. Tournaments to one are a waste of time, in my opinion. I wouldn't believe there are more than 4.5 people out there who actually enjoy them. But of course we see them often enough because of people who vote 1 just because their ship isn't the one being played and they want the tourny over as quickly as possible. Though I prefer wb, I'll play jav tournies, but a tourny to one in either ship is just lame. (Let me be hypocritical at this point and say that I think ABS tournies to 1 are fine. Terrier duels take 5 hours to finish.)

Basically, I just think it's a shame that even after a ship is selected for a tourny, bitter players can still ruin the tourny for everyone. A vote range of 3-5 deaths seems like a better idea to me.

Splitting the tourny is a great idea but nothing will be done, I see most people argee with this idea too.

Like that other time, Ikrit made some idea called twdd extreme or something like that about the ability to kill your own teammates, in other words putting everyone on there own freq. was this ever done? Ive never seen it.
