You're right in some ways. Hosting popular events = good. And I'm probably just overthinking while wanting what's best for the zone. <_< Maybe too much of a good thing doesn't apply here, maybe continuously raising people's expectations won't come back to bite us.

umm if zombies were to get old and boring, people wouldnt play them by this point. you act like zombies hasnt been 'overhosted' for years. When it gets stale and boring people wont host it for a while. If you'll notice probably the same people whined about hockey getting hosted all the time cause thats what people wanted, but the amount of hockey hosts has dropped considerably recently because now people have had their fix for a bit.

If it's not whining it's complaining that Zombies is being over hosted. My post wasn't direct towards you (like I'm guessing you think it was) but everyone in here saying that zombies is being overhosted. Unnecessary negativity? I hope you don't mean me. All I'm simply stating are the facts. The "unnecessary negativity" is coming from those who are saying zombies is being hosted too much. And yes, you did mention my 4 hosts, which is one of the reasons why I posted in this thread. Also, imo, this should have been posted in private staff forums, not the public one, since the "problem" involves the hosts hosting too much rather than the players playing the event too much.

Aquatiq, the thing is, Zombies ISN'T the only thing being hosted in this zone. IF it were the only thing being hosted in this zone then it would be a problem, but it's not the only thing being hosted.

Zombies being hosted like it has been isn't a problem, there are other events being hosted.

Hunt isn't overhosted. Why, in the month of June, 2006, alone, I hosted it a mere 20 times. Wtf?

And zombies has to have a lot of people in zone to get a good game. Under 30 people--forget it. Under 50 people, meh. 60 - 80 people is a good turnout for most Zombies arenas.

Here's the REAL truth that everyone is afraid of: you--YES YOU--should get up off your lazy butts and design some new games! Go look at arenas like SPA and Mario; mortars and leviwars, and get inspired! Or even just pick up a copy of SSME and design a new map where an existing game might be played.
