Trench Wars today is changing for the worse. This forum itself, it used to be filled with TW players. Now its much larger than it used to be with all sorts of sub-categories which by the way have nothing to do with the game. There are people on here that just go to and log on trenchwars.org/forums without even steping a foot into the actual game. I dont want to mention any names however the guilty ones usually respond with negative comments. The forums are no more sizzling with topics about squads, now they include useless shit that hungry post whores fight over in order to get their two cents in and gain a higher status amongst other forumers.

Inside the game however is a whole different story. The attitudes of players have changed drastically. More people with multi personalities such as Bubs are poping up constantly. These guys have no shame, if they get shut down they create more nicknames and take on different roles. There is no telling who anyone is anymore.

Honour does not exist anymore and although its more of a personal thing it is still nice to see squads and players admit defeat. Thats not the case anymore, now all you get is an excuse and some trash talking. The courage to trash talk a squad you've lost multiple times to in TWL??? Wow. This is guerilla warfare, no respect or anything, I stab you, you stab me. Welcome to the future of TW where trash talking is the real way to take it like a man.

This twl season in my opinion recieved the worst interest out of all of the previous ones. Another veteran squad whose presence made TWL that much more competitive, ended. Time will only tell whether -Final-, Syndicate and some of the other older squads pull the plug. The reality is that tens of squads pop out everyday and try to replace them but none of them last longer than a week or so.

Right now, TWLB is the only league that retains that true competition. Nevertheless wiith squads trying to lame their way into that as well, its days are numbered.

lol wonder who this newbie is talking about. Since this was a few people on QS's first TWL we learned that we shouldnt underestimate lesser squads during, because they certainly are trying so hard. The important reason you get no respect, since this is what it all boils down to, is that you went 5-5, barely made playoffs, and we still had a better rec than you without making it even with a force-forfeit by sk8/neth/pl. Another reason is that your squad is notorious for playing like pussies, and you simply make other squads not care about winning just so they can stop the bullshit running. Try beating squads that arent 1-9 (same goes for squad!!) and you'll find that people might think you have skill instead of an ez schedule. Side note: look at your current roster you fucking newb

This brings me to your next ridiculous topic that LB has the most competition. I dont know what you think about 3 squads ending up 6-4 in one conference, and the other conference having 4 squads all with legitimate chances to get 2 playoff spots in the other conference but I would say that is a very high level of competition. You're an idiot

And about the 'honor', jesus fuck its a video game. I dont know why you play it but I dont find it relaxing to have to worry about sportsmanship and being a nice guy. Whether or not I say 'gg' after every game even if i win 50-30, it doesnt change the fact that I'm a better player than whatever kid. And everyone knows that anyway. Whats the point of honor on a spaceship game?

I love it when someone comes out and tries to get others to consider honor and respect and then someone who wasn't even personally accused of anything quickly replies with defensive accusations. Can't you make an argument without beginning and ending each paragraph with "you are a fucking newb"?
