ISRAELI pulls the cord again

As some of you may have noticed, ever since ISRAELI F15-I ACE was banned a new player called "israels finest" started playing TW. Apparantly this new player owns the squad Matkal, a squad ISRAELI F15-I ACE used to own. He votes for levi elim as ISRAELI used to and talks the same dumb way he did, although he tries to do it subtly. After getting banned ISRAELI told everyone on forums that he owns 2 computers and could easily evade if he wanted. So here it is. I'm playing elim today and the guy pulled the cord again, twice in a row, when I was beside him looking for close shots. Is there any way to just get rid of this moron? Maybe life ban would be a start. I don't know how this hasn't been talked about yet, but it's TOO obvious that he's evading. Anyway, I don't want to waste my time writing about this any longer, let the staff decide.

Unfortunately none of that constitutes as hard evidence they are one in the same. As far as things go, the only proven thing is that they both come from Israel, they both have the same provider, and there is a name that was once either shared between them or traded to the other. I have no boubt they know each other, but with all the solid detective work I've done trying to match the two since August, I'm still coming up trumps.
Give the above, there is only two conclusions I can draw from this:

• F15-I ACE is playing the same old tricks from a friends' residence.
• The provider is to blame after all. If a seperate person is experiencing the same effect as he did, it is a persuasive arguement to have F15-I ACE's ban removed completely.

In any case I will continue to look for something solid to prove the former other than similarities in playing style. However the simplest approach would be to hear it from the horses mouth, however unlikely that is to happen.

Might not be "hard" enough of evidence, but there's something called common sense. This isn't CSI where you need to find all the evidence in the world to convict someone. You, as an upper staff member have an authority to judgement. I dont think his imaginary friend would be pulling cords during games, and even if he did then he should be banned as well.

It's definitely not a matter of a ISP. However that would only further prove that he's guilty. I dont think too many ISP's provide a player with that sort of a privilege.

That should not be a reason to exonerate him. You're telling me that him spiking right when I'm about to shoot him is a lag coincidence.

And I do believe that he's dumb enough to make a similar name with other similar attributes, blatantly evade, and cheat while he's evading. His thread comes to mind where he pleaded his heart out to play this game again, but now the moron strikes again.

I can't judge you, Rudy, because you aren't in elim too often. If you played it as much as me it would be crystal-clear to you that he evades as conspicuously as it gets.

I'm not so stupid as to jump to conclusions.
I'd already blocked both of F15-I ACE's machines from day one. He can testify to that himself.
This Israeli's Finest person was an active player months before F15-I ACE was banned.
Do the math.

Like I said before, I'm still working on it. If I find anything that clearly states F15-I ACE is evading, I will reset his bantime, penalise him a few more weeks and that will be the end of that. Until then, pen it down as a coincidence that someone else on this planet likes to play levi, talks shit, and has connection spikes. Gee Rudy, when you put it like that you could almost be talking about several hundred people. Go figure.

I don't fucking care if he lives in Israel, votes 3, and talks shit. I don't even care if it's a different guy. But as long as he makes his lag spike like F15 ACE did, there is a problem. Don't get me wrong, I won't give up on him. As long as he's playing I will persist and persuade the staff until he's banned.
