Part of that was fueled from anger at how the situation came about and was handled. On top of the fact I'd had a very similar day at work (changes being imposed on users with them getting a very minimal warning) ... yeah I went over the top.

And I'd like to see how much population is "gained" by going to the US.

Like Mythrandir said, hardly anything today is free when it comes to hosting stuff.

Mainly this game isn't a commercial game compared to the likes of Counterstrike etc etc etc.

And yes bandwith costs money, it isn't cheap in Europe to pay for bandwidth.

Whining about it wouldn't help, you aren't paying for the server. It's coming from someone else it's pocket.

Sure my ping went up to 140 now while it used to be 60 but no big deal to me, if you have a 400+ ping its a good time to say
goodbye to your gimp isp and get a real connection.
