Gala isn't that gonna be just the same as knowing if you lose all 10 lives your going to lose ... it wouldn't add any extra drive into the game ... it would just take out that last push that every player gets when they reach 9 lives ...

people wouldnt be trying to conserver life so it would end up being a much more hectic game, and can be alot more fun, get the heart pumping.

I guess it leaves once very clear aim in the game, and that's to kill (Without having to think about dying). I think that can really boost some people's addiction to keep playing because they do have to worry about how much they die to a degree, but not that much. It can be a bit more relaxed and you're just aiming for very high points collectively as a team.

When it gets to a minute left and there's 2 teams battling it out to just get that extra point in a tight game, it's exciting and I think this will pretty much keep the newer players interested in the game in the long term. Not saying that current TWD isn't that interesting, I mean, it doesn't even have to replace it, it could just be something simple like !tchallenge (Timed Challenge) and it runs the match in a different way.

DJSlayer it does remove that element of "Crap I'm on 9 deaths, let's do something about it", but it is replaced with the element of "Crap, I've got a minute left to turn this around and win this for my team".

See what I'm getting at? =)

Gala ... the difference is when there's a minute left it would probably be to late to turn it around ... when playing lives you know that until you die once more the game isn't over.

With a timed game unless there weren't many points in it I'd judt get fed up and start suiciding ... which wouldn't really help!

Or if a team has a slight lead they could just run and hide for a minute and not give the other team a chance
