i've never been in your squad but since i was in your "sister" squad i have paid attention and these are things i've observed over the years.

i know oyur reasoning for your tight knit team but i've also witnessed quite a turnover with a bout a 1/4 of the roster remaining solid over the years.

I don't know of the people in the squad but the name BasingCrew itself is a bit iffy. 'Basing' - just because you do basing only doesn't mean it has to be in the name, and 'Crew' - that's quite a pretty bad name because it sounds like 12 year-olds trying to be thugs or homosexual sailors.

I have to recruit indeed, but also I have to be carefull on recruiting, difficult combination. We've had most of the top players around in BasingCrew in the past, if we want them or other good players we have to find them at other squads. When they decide they want to join us they are mostly squadhoppers. I don't feel much for lowering the skill level standard in recruiting, which is needed if we want to do allot of recruiting. Recruits like Nostromo who come from nowhere, are not aliased and have the right skill level are the perfect recruits but very rare.
Also, Leitz has asken me to assign a third Captain but to be honest I have no idea of who to assign this possition to.

Camping - I think that's a dumb comment, camping can be usefull, depends on the moment tho.

Phiz - What´s wrong with Abbot? he seems nice and loyal to me. His skill level can b awesome at times, just needs to get consistent.
