BC is a fun squad, and euros are fine... the only reason we aren't doing good is inactivity and people being down about everything...we cant lose a bd without it being the biggest deal in the world...

like ffs most squads do shitty between leagues,,,why because of the turn around, everyone hops fomr one squad to another....
instead of wasting our energy "discussing" who is hot or not lets try and enjoy the game as we once did

id imagine some problems stem from being a single league squad. maybe try recruiting basers and that will be competitive in ld or lj also.

I remember when I joined BC and started to train duelers for them...

It worked for a while, untill your (sumpson) weird restrictions really started to hurt, for example you demanded there were certain number of "dueler"-slots and baser-slots in your squad and all kinds of weird whatnot...really hard to set up dueling when you really cant recruit ppl so you can try them out in games..you can't have so few duelers in the start, only in the end when you know who rocks and who sucks...

In general you just run your squad too tight imo...for example whats with the must-have-unified-banners-policy? its retarded

I have to recruit indeed, but also I have to be carefull on recruiting, difficult combination. We've had most of the top players around in BasingCrew in the past, if we want them or other good players we have to find them at other squads. When they decide they want to join us they are mostly squadhoppers. I don't feel much for lowering the skill level standard in recruiting, which is needed if we want to do allot of recruiting. Recruits like Nostromo who come from nowhere, are not aliased and have the right skill level are the perfect recruits but very rare.
Also, Leitz has asken me to assign a third Captain but to be honest I have no idea of who to assign this possition to.

Voth - you make me feel too old for this game.

Schope - Bad recruiting? could you tell me something more about that.
Inactivity - Hmm, perhaps you are right.. I think it's because of TW being full of squadhoppers :/
Camping - I think that's a dumb comment, camping can be usefull, depends on the moment tho.

Phiz - What´s wrong with Abbot? he seems nice and loyal to me. His skill level can b awesome at times, just needs to get consistent.

Wax - I do get pretty much the kind of response I was asking for.

Nockm - To me it seems like an easy clear name, I like it.

LOL i remember that Log Phiz. Anyways, lets get back on topic. I think BasingCrew starts to have more members, who are loyal. Take me for example, ever since i started to join BasingSquads i have stayed with them 3+ months, only left cause of dissolve.(Ive been kicked out of squads like twice in basing squads, and thats due to only when I lagged) So Im sure you can find alot of loyal members who are squadless at the moment. Dudgeon just dissolve, recruit some of there members, there were some decent members (i wont name them here). Dont make the roster size 21 members, a basing squad gotta have at least 30 members to be active.

I hope bcrew improves, they were dominate last season in TWL i think, hope you will do well again.
