  • Learn How To Base

    I have noticed that there are many people in Trench Wars that don't know how to base. So now I am on a "Learn How to Base" campaign to help newbies get some of the basics. I get customers when they come into my arena and then I send them to a priv to answer any questions they have and show them techniques they are interested in. If you want to help just show up in the "learnhowtobase" arena and help newbies that need some help. Just lettin yall know if you guys want to help out.

    Go to watch some basing games of Disoblige, Paladen, Pallies Whiterabbits etc. Look where they are and where they shoot at.

            You added paladen to your list of current basing squads? How gay.

              A nice idea, and I hope that it will convince more players and teach them the basics. Good luck, and maybe I will drop by in the arena

              Greetings,

                    Best way to learn how to base is to play the damn game, and see what works for your team and what doesn't. Trying to mimic whiterabbits wouldn't work unless you're playing with whiterabbits. The same is essentially true for most good basing squads.

                        Not a bad idea. There should be a training course newbs have to pass in order for them to enter the real trench, before they start to blow up everyone on their own team.

                              When I entered TW for the first time, I looked at the rules;

                              How to play Trench Wars:
                              1.) Help your team conquer the base.
                              3.) Protect the flag and score points.

                              And thus I did.

                              I think that's all the advice basers-to-be require. If they spent a little more time in them they would learn quick enough.
