As gay as it sounds Pusher made staff feel more like a group or a team rather than a desk job, once you start putting quota's on people and putting everyone at risk for getting kicked off staff then you can't possibly hope to keep a lot of capable, willing and generally good people that want to be on staff, you burn them out before they even have a chance.
