Just an idea I thought up, that may help make spawn kills a thing of the past.
When a ship spawns give it 2 things...
1. A 3 second sheild so he/she cannot be spawned (any longer than 3 secs and there afk and should be spawned for not going to safe.)
and
2. A 3 second delay before they can fire.
Both of these things ensure ships cannot be spawned for 3 seconds. Plus the 3 second delay means the ship could not kill anyone while it has it's 3 second sheild.
No more spawn.
