Bascially its going to be a remake of the SB site, as that does pretty much everything we need. This makes it alot less work that it would otherwise. I personally think it would be possible to start the BWC at begin at the start of June/End of May. (to conincide with when the real world cup is normally)

Currently there is a 'professional' website being worked on by Flabby <ER> about BWC. I guess this post, and other posts was just an indication of the numbers we were expecting this year. I was not around in TW when other BWC's were run and I'm sorry if I don't know the 'traditions' of the event. I can assure you that we are discussing matters of this every day to ensure this years' success. Forgive us if we seem 'amateruish' but we are just trying to do the best we can to our knowledge.

There is no reason to set up chats, I believe everyone still has them, though maybe with the different teams you would need to look at that. As far as banners go, I know BNL still has their banners its just a question of putting a .zip file of those on the website and done.
