Nothing against you, Jack, I know you're a good spider and have based for a while and everything. But, if you are going to captain half the country in a basing tournament, it's going to require a certain knowledge not just of basing, but much more importantly, a knowledge of the players, their chemistry together, stregnths, etc etc. Again, nothing against you, but I would personally be much more optomistic if you and Vatican switched spots, Vatican as captain and you installed as assistant.

And splitting up East USA may be possible, if you were to create a North and South (civil war references are definately possible, Yankees/Union vs Confederates/Rebels) and end up having 3 USA teams: West, North, and South.
