i'd like to suggest a limit on the lag of not just the individuals but on the actual 4-5 people in dd playing at that time. cause i dont mind 1 laggot in a dd, but 4 like in HT, is just ridiculous getting 10-10 when u should be 17-6 just pisses me off. Squadlaglimit ftw

I don't understand your point.
Lag limit is made for individual players in a DD. If all 4 players are lagging badly enough, the lag limit will force all 4 players to lag out. What is the need to introduce a "squadlag" limit?
Also, if one extreme laggot pushed past the squadlag limit (Could be possible) if this rule was implemented, all four players would suffer...This would happen without the rule, as the DD couldn't start without a functioning 4th player.
Pretty much pointless.(Twerp and Duel Pasta)

It's just complicating what is supposed to be a simple matter.
You lag bad enough, you lag out, you don't lag bad enough, you don't lag out.
If 3 players (In 5v5) are lagging badly enough, they will lag out and already disadvantage their teammates by doing so. By imposing "squadlag limit" you are judging the whole squad lag collectively, and then the whole squad gets somehow penalised/lagged out/whatever for doing so...But I think if half of your players are lagging out, that's punishment enough for that team as they lose the TWD match because of it.
You have to remember if some player lags badly enough to exceed squadlimit the whole squad would suffer, which is what already happens without the squadlimit threshold being set.
If you know a team are laggots then just avoiding to play them is a simpler option also for those that just can't handle it.(Twerp and Duel Pasta)

I think with some editing, this could be a good idea. Or, maybe just reduce the general lag limit now that 99.9% of the game is on broadband. I am sure those select few who lag, and could fix their connection but lag on purpose, would oppose it. When I was on 56k while I was waiting on my dsl to be connected last time, my ping was 160 and I had no ploss. These guys who are running around 280 with insane ploss and still being allowed to play, have a major advantage.Indulgence

Everyone doesn't like close to the server for example on a 8/8mb line from finland (mine) I sit at 120-140's with a high of up to 300 and .1-.5 plosses :/2:Entertainer> Supreme Auth> we should all be like: Morh> EIN REICH EIN VOLK EIN FUHRER and then jones and logain would be "SIEG HEIL o/"
