Sertifi/Shadowmere is staff!

So, after a long long long time of Sertifi attempting to make it into staff, it looks like his lucky day has finally arrived.

But what does TW think of the hire? Something positive? Was it really the right path to go? Or did someone make a very big mistake with this new recruit? Let's discuss it right here in this thread.

I've set up a poll to whether you think it's a good or bad choice, take your time to vote and post a justification for your vote. I've set up this thread for the purpose that I have heard a hell of a lot of negative feedback from Sertifi/Shadowmere (For those that didn't know, but you probably did), and the purpose of this is to find out what everybody thinks.

Respects Barton, but I asked in the beginning of this thread if you vote, justify your reasons. I'm not asking who loves or hates Sertifi, this is completely about him being recruited as a staff member, not whether he sucks or beat you in a wb/jav etc.

I voted yes. He is just getting a chance to start at the bottom and prove himself. We all understand the knocks against him but I think the nice thing about this new system as I understand it is it allows staff to give people a little opportunity that they might have had before.

Because it's a thread that actually makes sense and isn't a hate thread/pop contest. The only reason I posted this was to get everybody's feedback on something, not because Sertifi or whoever else thinks I hate him or am "jealous" of him (I laughed at that one). Yeah, there's nothing useless or "trash-talk" worthy about it.

One thing I do dislike is the maintenance of this "e-attitude" Sertifi has, by not talking to people in public etc. I know he has it in him to speak, he's very opinionated, but it's worthless to be an antisocial <ER>. Being an <ER> means you should be willing to talk to the public, whether there are people you like or hate. That's what I disagree with so far.

I've had my problem with sert but that doesn't effect anyhting how i think he will do in staff, Neither am i gonna do any predictions on that. But like answer in public at his event and so on he should start doing or i think its pretty... [insert a word]
Otherwise, He's Jr.ER. He can't abuse much if he even havee the intentions to do(Which i don't think he has) Time will tell
