Certain staff members are respected and appreciated for their efforts, and certain staff members are disrespected and unappreciated for their lack of efforts. When a staff member is part of the latter, he/she may feel under appreciated...but it's probably what he/she deserves when he/she fails to fulfill his/her staff responsibilities.Originally posted by MaGi kOz View Post

What would be better is every year, all staff members get to ban anyone they want for 24 hours. Someone getting chosen multiple times just gets 24 hours added on.Comment

All staff should have one permanent ban allowance throughout their entire career as TW Staff. If they want to ban someone of their choosing, they can, but they can only do it once.

I think people behind the scenes doing coding, ERs, mapmakers, and upper staff are all underappreciated. They put the most time into this game and usually get nothing in return.TelCat> i am a slut not a hoe

staff is great for one thing

I think the different tiers of staff can definitely show. There's really different leagues, and what I'm talking about is the good and the not so good. The professional and the informal. I'm not saying go and hire professional statued folks, but atleast make sure they're the responsible type of person that doesn't get all pissy when they have to go out of their way to help someone. Someone WILLING to help. Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?Comment
