Iow, Malladrin is just a name I came up with a few years back when I needed a name for my character in Baldur's Gate.

I started in EG with the name Studebaker because I restore them as a hobby.
In 10-98 I started playing TW but was on a modem. I couldn't play IN base, it was too laggy. So I hung around the top of base snipering, Dumbrit was angry I was doing this so he often successfully hunted me. Hence, I needed a new name more befitting the situation. So I came up with ephemeral (ephemeral = quick dying).

[Method]

The name mefod was seen in #density on Efnet (irc) back in the days of #prankradio and AOL 3.0 (my first ISP, sigh).
I took a fancy to the name, and when i discovered TW i didnt use it originally. But later i moved over.

The name Method was given to me by fireballz in exchange for Myth (given to me by Dystrophy). I was bored of Mefod (the guy from IRC whose name i stole never explained WTF it actually meant). I assumed it was a tarded way of saying 'Method' so I thought it was time to use the actual name.

I started out with the name RuPtUrE cuz it was an old irc nick for yrs, which then progressed into variations of it such as rupturian and rupturasm.

I then started listening to this strange late night radio show produced by a group of nutbars called NegativLand. This show was preceeded by an even stranger cult phenomenon known as "The Hour Of Slack" put on by a psuedo religious anti group known as The Church Of the SubGenius.

I had originally wanted the name Slack, but it was taken so I chose the closest name phonetically.

My first name on subspace was Jonesy. with a period. A little while ago I was lucky enough to pick up the name Jonesy without a period on a reset.

The reason I chose that name is because all my friends call me Jonesy. Which came from my last name Jones.
