This makes HUGE log files after a while of playing

I use Logmaker for this reason (basically changes the ?logbuffer command on your autocommand to a filename with the current date each time you use logmaker to start Continuum).
Once setup, it works really well. (Read the Readme file!)

The results of the *tinfo command won't help you if it's given out simply because it can't be used to determine if someone is lagging (or even intentionally lagging).

Yea, like stark pointed out, ?log your chat. Without a log or screenshot you can't prove anything, it will just be your word against the staffer's word.

Yeah, and we'll just have to guess the cause. Because apparently it's illegal to allow other players to look at tinfo. So, yeah abnormal lag isn't a problem at all. Nobody should "cry" about it. Instead, just get utorrent, go to isohunt.com, download your favorite movie then play twbd.

Why ban someone for using ?help? Is it really necessary to ban someone for putting a little extra text on your screen?

I'm going to leave this topic open for now as I don't think it's about a personal issue with the staff member, more like about an incident that happened.
If Mattey does want to make a formal complaint about a staff member, use complaints@trenchwars.org (desribe the situation in detail and make sure to attach logs and/or screenshots).
