Sports in Subspace

Me and some people were sitting in the bottom safe of pub 3 in Trench Wars. Great ideas started to come to us. One of them was a suggestion for sporting events in TW. What was suggested is an 18 hole golf course, basketball court, tennis, football, lacrosse, and stuff.

I would love at least just a bigger golf course than the one in the town, it sucks, it's only 3 holes and that gets old after a while.

It is a good idea and someone should act on it but not me because I am lazy, and I dont know how to do it. However, If I did know how to do it I would.

there could even be leagues in sports too like a fun league for the people who are distressed with the normal leagues.

Yeah, some game with a ball that travels at high speeds. And the ships could fire wb bullets or have jav bombs (with no bounce).

I dunno if its "working" tho... I think you have to go get the ball in spawn area everytime you have scored.

A better idea is the one presented by Ephemeral to *downsize* trenchwars as a zone. I think the last thing we need are more events to confuse and take the time of staffers who should instead be hosting ?go base.

Well, I am a big fan of traditional Trench Wars public basing, it is the original shit. However, after you have played a couple years of it, you know it is good to try new things.

I think a simple arena, with 18 holes of golf, would be great for people to go to and just play golf with a couple people. It doesn't have to be a hosted event, or a new sports league, just a nice golf course to provide an alternitive after a long night of playing basing for 6 hours straight.

The problem is, is that there are hundreds of arenas, but most of them are not fun unless it is hosted, or there are a lot of people there. If there was a place for people to go, by themselves, or with just a couple people, and still have fun playing it would be great.

I just find it interesting, that there are hundreds and hundreds of arenas, but I can't find 1 good basketball, or golf place
