allow shark to MVP in base/twbd

probably been requested before, but im sure someone can figure out a way for sharks to have a chance of MVP'ing. Theres a couple handfulls of sharks capable of being game changers for their team. :wub:

Sharks are the women of TW, they used to do all the work and keep their mouths shut but now they are getting uppity because of equal rights.

There have been instances where my kill count was more or tied with my death count (without the tks!) and that's saying something (yaaaah it was against noopi squads, but still! those are those moments where I should get the mvp!!!!)
