Congratulations on being able to post pictures. I'm quite impressed. If only you could read the bolded text stating "WHY IM BRINGING THIS UP NOW." Obviously I complained about it a lot at the time, but back then the ability for others to see who accepted who was relatively new (in terms of captains). The delay in posting comes after nearly a year of seeing this taking place several times a week. I've been quite patient. If only I could say the same for you posting your useless drivel. Maybe next time you will read more than half of what I posted.

Hello, I would like to use this thread to point out one particular instance of HMS abusing and gather a collection of evidence from others with similar problems. This thread will also be used to discuss HMS' role in staff and whether or not the zone would be better off without him. Yes, I did read the rules. But please keep this open because this is an issue that needs to be dealt with.

About a year ago when HMS was on Quicksand and Thunder was beating up on them in a dd, HMS used his powers to abuse and get me banned from TWD for 2 weeks merely because he didn't like me and neither did his squad. I was banned for changing names after the dd from 'Ease' to 'With Ease' and doing it without the aid of another captain. (i.e. Ease accepted with ease, with ease promoted to captain, ease fired from squad). I felt at the time the ban was utterly ridiculous and that I was not breaking any rules, I was merely bypassing the need for another captain to log online (which would have taken a while back then). The ban would have stood for 2 weeks had it not been for me spamming Witness and him ultimately reducing the ban to 2 days.

Why I bring this up now: Just looking at the TWD on the move list, there are tons of examples of similar circumstances with NO ONE else being punished. Takes Jones for example on the Sweet roster.

There are actually many examples of staff accepting players and acting as a 4th captain.Hell, even looking at Sk8's action history brings up this: Fludd promoted to assistant by Barton 2010-07-25 09:47:04

I'm not saying that I have any problem with any of this...I just think it's completely ridiculous that only I was punished for something like this BECAUSE HMS DIDN'T LIKE ME. If I had been on HMS' good side I never would have received a 2 week ban in the first place. He exhibits clear examples of favoritism and was easily influenced by his quicksand pals trying to get a short laugh in. I have also heard that over half of the recent staff members were recruited from HMS' personal chat. The root of all staff problems seem to start with him, and I think it is for the benefit of the zone if he is removed from power.

I would also like to add that there needs to be some sort of consistency in staff. Why the hell should I have received a 2 week ban for something that has been relatively commonplace throughout the history of TWD? If nothing else I would like a public apology from HMS, considering I have never once seen him admitting to abusing.
