I am sorry, did you not tell me to "log off" Magi Coz and did Spacehiker not tell me "we don't listen to clowns like you", I wasn't aware that posting quotes directly from the game was reason to say that something was misconstrued.

Also, way to completely ignore the point of this thread and instead focus on the least important issue here.

This was very well written and I hope staff actually takes a look at this. We protested peacefully with a petition, but if you keep ignoring us this Gandhi will turn into Che Guevara.

I think these quotes pretty much outline the problem, it isn't just trancetunes that is the problem, its the entire "society" of staff that is the problem. Spacehiker sits here and says "nobody listens to you because you are a clown" to a player who has done quite a bit for the zone while magi koz tells me to quit after I played here for 8-10 years now instead of trying to discuss the situation reasonably. TW staff thinks it is above the player base instead of being here to serve the playerbase to make sure things run smoothly, that is the problem.

And before anyone comes in here saying "Give tt a break he doesnt get paid." I realize this. Trance applied for a volunteer job and as such there are certain protocols that he needs to follow. If he doesn't follow these, he doesn't have the job, there are few things more cut and dry. Pay is irrelevant, you volunteer for duties then you do all of what these duties entail, you don't pick and choose.

As anyone who visits the forums at all knows, there have been many issues with staff lately. However, no action is taken, why is this? Are staff too busy with their pressing engagements in game, and just have yet to catch up with these cataloged concerns? Well I took it on myself to figure this out.

I logged on the name tramcetunes to try to stir the pot and see what the deal is. Before you naysayers with the rule book copied to your clipboard come here, yes I absolutely broke the rules in full knowledge of doing so and accept the punishments handed to me. So don't bring that shit in here because I've got it out of the way.

Anyway, as I said, I logged onto the name tramcetunes to try to get a staffer's attention. I do a help call asking if the pub map is permanent or something, a legitimate call because I don't like the map, but I really don't give a shit. My call was taken by H.M.S. and we chatted or whatever while he, as I knew he was, pulled my information to see who I was. He verbally warned me, and then issued me a moderator's warning to get off the name. At this point I figured I might as well get to the point of being on the name. I told HMS I would switch names straight away if he would just answer my question as to why I can log on an illegal name and get banned within 10 minutes, yet we can raise several threads of abuse that TT has committed and even have a petition raised with overwhelming support, yet we get absolutely no response. He gave me one more chance, I told him to answer my question, he banned me instead.

That's fine, H.M.S. was justified in doing so, there is no dispute. He could have answered my question, I would have switched, but I can't really fault him for doing what he did. However, how can he answer the question when there is no logical explanation. I asked HMS why he didn't just do it, and he said "You didn't do it in the right way."

Well then, what IS the right way? What does it take Tres? M_M God, what do we have to do? Because as I see it, we have made multiple threads outlining his abuse and overt trigger finger and we have gotten NO response at all. We have even made a petition that received OVERWHELMING support to get rid of him, and got NO response. So what is the right way? We have exhausted our resources that fall within the rules, so naturally I took it outside to get a reaction. So tres, m_m god, and anyone above them, what needs to be done for this to happen? He's abused many times, it's been proven, and the majority of trench wars does not want him. We aren't talking a 51-49 majority doesn't want him. At the time of the thread dying due to lack of action it was more like 75-25 at least.

Staff, how do you expect us to want to donate to the game when, as an entity, you ignore our concerns until we break the rules, when suddenly we have your full attention? Why are you so gung ho to revive the game, yet you are so reluctant to do what needs to be done to revive the good image staff used to have, at the expense of the experience of many, many players? Why do you have a Quality Assurance that I go to when the game quality is tarnished by an abusing moderator, who is then forced to tell me that he can't really do anything because your authority overrides his?

Tres, M_M God, we all want answers. We have done things your way within the rules to get a response, and now many of us have taken to breaking them to get your attention. Solve this problem before bad experiences like the ones we've had become commonplace and cause this zone to implode. We want your answers, we want the punishments if (when) they occur, and we want this public. We have a right to know what happens as a result of the concerns we've raised. "We'll talk to him" is not a legitimate punishment. If you refuse to do this, then it is clear trancetunes fails as a result of your failure, and we'll have to start finding replacement deans instead of one faggot mod.

PS hms I appreciate what you tried to do, but I did have a job to do, same as you did. Hope you understand even though I know you neither agree nor approve.
