He was doing his job, but the wrong way. What if instead of disciplining other mods I would just ban them everytime they do something wrong? What's the learning purpose of that? He could have just contacted me, or another forum admin and we could have removed his forum mod powers.

Trust me he did more than just warn. A warning may be justified, banning other forum mods is a BIG no no for me. I was even online at the same time, so that's no valid excuse. Anyway, case should be solved now.
