Should TW hold polls to decide staff?

I was wondering if staff could be voted in on how nice they are by the people who play TW because staff are not always around to see and most the people put into staff are popular.And on another matter i mean sometimes someone may not pick you for staff even though your much more quilified than his/her FRIEND hem hem

also, no this is a dumb idea. staff isn't a popularity contest.

You can vote all you like mate, it wont happen. Staff are chosen by the Deans Of Staff judged on how well they think they will do the job, not how 'nice' they are.

Perhaps it should be like Socialism, everyone votes but the vote doesn't really count.

(Disclaimer: Going for a laugh here, I understand and appreciate the Socialist system of government and I understand and appreciate the other forms of government. I do not need any input on this subject, all polictical systems are wonderful and I'm farting sunshine.)
