pio u as well as me both know that it doesnt hurt nething tho .. me and u yes we werent offered staff while in paladen..but it just seems alot are ..not bc they are on paladen..but if KJW and paladen accept a guy into there squad he is usualy mature enough to be staff

also EIG everyone should be heard out and everyone has a valid point and something good to say...every person expresses it in different ways..yes mine/tiger and whoever mite not have the best way by bitching about things like we do...but it should still be read and understood from the players point of view...we point out the mods dont do there job rite or bann using the wrong process...yet we are bashed for saying it the wrong way and nothing is looked into as far as the person banning was

The reason so many people on paladen gets staff is that for quite awhile one (it's switched, but theres always been one there) a recruit has been from Paladen. They don't recruit only Paladen people, they just tend to recruit Paladen people because they see them all the time, know they're active, and know them personally. That way you don't need to interview someone for staff, you already know them. Paladen players are generally more mature anyways - the exception being those who blatantly join to get staff, then leave. Sadly that works often.

finally a reply that serves both opinions: yes ppl who are in paladen are eazier to recruit but some just basically use the squad to serve their objectives and when its done they leave with no regret.
