I haven't read everything that has been said in this post, but what I think is...

Lets stop complaining about staff. I am sure they get alot of calls. You might think you can do a better job, but 75% of TW does too. I am sure staff is not perfect but you arent either. I have never had a help call not answered.

Yes there might be a few people on staff that have to learn, but with you complaining sin't going to help them,

the only people who seem to be answering are BH822, Predator <ER>, Mr. 420, Pure_Luck and sometimes Da Farmer!... and usually thats after 2 or 3 cheater calls. Yesterday i was reporting some guy, it took 4 calls before Weaver finally made an appearance to substitute for the mods. Weaver 4 mod (what he is actually good at) and put someone in place who knows how to be dean of staff, possibly Demonic or Mr. 420 (or the more likely candidate, Pure_Luck)

lol i would hate to be dean of staff for the very reason this thread was started, deans get alot of crap when at times, its out of their hands.. im quite happy doing what im doing and Weaver/Yomama!!! are doing a good job, dean of staff has a high turn over rate in staff mainly because of the amount of crap players give them and because its a job where all you get is complaints.

Apart from that, yes there are times calls go unanswered ive seen a few when im on another call, but spamming ?help/?cheater wont help heh, we will get to you as soon/quickly as possible. But unanswered calls dont happen that often, so its not even worth thinking about (when im online atleast, cant say anything about when im not).

Downdraft.. If they're on and not doing anything they may be busy or want to enjoy the game they play right, Sure they have taken this duty to work, and they do; everyone is doing an excellent work..
