Well, I have to admit, it's hard not to notice incoming hits on my server from a gaming forum site. That definately sparked my attention. I haven't been playing games for a while, but I'll give my opinion on the matter. I've read this topic and a few others and I'll say this...

Someone was banned for saying the N word online in a game and they were upset about it. Fact of the matter is, I can't see a reason that you would use that word without trying to be offensive. Same thing with terms like Cracker, etc... towards whites. Some words are PURELY hate and there's no way that you can expect to use them without getting a negative response from others. If you think that's truly the case, your either gullible or an idiot.

Second, this is a gaming forum and I think honestly that is what you guys should be talking about. When the subject goes to "He said this, and he said that" etc.. instead of talking about the game that everyone here loves to play, it gets irritating REALLY fast. Especially for those who aren't involved with the race topic in the first place and just want it to end.

As far as creating a forum on my site relating to here, I'll just have to be honest. My site deals with the intelligent discussion of racism and we try our best to not fling as much poo as we can (Although it still tends to happen more than I wish). A lot of the discussion on your forums is really not talking about the issue of racism, it's someone making excuses as to why they got banned for being ignorant when they were saying something they should have been saying. It just seems to have went downhill from there hehe. I wouldn't want my moderators to have to deal with more flames than they have too hehe. I agree with the people here to say that it just needs to be dropped and just play the game and to try and be more careful in the future.

But it has been good to visit your forum and to see that this game is still alive. I for one am a Descent player so I respect gamers that try their best to keep a good game alive.
