What's your history with Subspace?

Since I live in Africa it wasn't obvious i'd play this game (although some americans might think so dueto their superb geography and general knowledge of the world situation). One day my tribe recived a red cross camp with internet connection, they told us to surf around the web for STD information but since I was rebellious and a former child soldier I found the game Subspace linked from a Naomi Champall porn site. Since we Africans are so uneducated and stupied in general I don't know the year on the christian calander when this happend, but i think it rained that day if anyone can check it out. Once I started playing this game I found alot of other African SS players such as Mattey, Da1andonly, Ruby to name a few. Although they were all from an inferior tribe I tried to help them out to the best of my knowledge, giving them lines to pick up internet chicks and pretty advanced cources in internet cybering.

If you haven't figured it out by now, I retired for all of two weeks. I've been playing with WR as Disco Jesus for awhile now. Why? WR is the hippest squad to ever hit this otherwise bland scene. That's why!

well i started playing back in the day of 97 i belive under the name a pain too. my dad was a pain. we both playd for a while on one comp then i got my own and we ran a network between us off a 56k modem, you think you have lag, try that. never joind a squad and just kinda played from time to time for bout a year then BAM comp fried by a storm...after a few sad years i got another comp and thought of the good ol days and fired up SS...come to find out its conituum or wtfever cant spell it, ss is so much easer. back to being a newb, after a hard week of remebering every thing i got asked to join a squad so i figured what the hell got nothing to do any way.then got recurted to NS as a shark because i couldnt aim. now i live in go base praticeing my sharking and spid. i got ina car crash so i can now live off the $$. few months after starting got over a 1000 hours. no life? ffs ss is life.

Heard about it from some friends at school.. tried it a very long time ago and it didn't work right (i think when VIE dropped funding?) .. finally awhile later my friend told me he got it to finally work... i played in Which Doom i think.... and some OLD Trench zone until i was banned, so i moved to DSB where i met some people.


Quit for a year, my senoir year (last year) - busy getting wasted

For the last about 4 years i'ved played TW

Game back and got leadership or cripples

Past 3 years ive played for crips.


Also had my own zone on SSC server, and was staff for TW.

I first played in June 1996 when I got a free demo's CD with some English PC Magazine (I found the CD not so long ago but have since lost it again). It so hazey back then, I can't really remember where I played, I was busy taking GCSE's at the time (or not). Many an hour that I should have been revising was spent on a friends computer (his was better than mine). The name back then was No Socks.

I played on and off for two years, more off than on truth be told. I was doing A-levels during that period and developed something of a social life.

Again much haziness but at some point during this time I think I discovered TW! I joined sk8 in some sort of capacity. Back in the day when Scrotal's Horde!! was a basing squad.

After Bombing out of school I started playing SS again. Had lost the password for No Socks. I created the name Bailey. 29/11/1999. I started playing quite regularly and one night I was in a zone where some guy was shouting out the password for British Squad. I joined up! The funny thing is they never noticed that some new guy was on their squad, they just assumed that someone had signed me in! I played with them for a while but was recruited by The Scrotal Master to play for Scrotal's Horde!!. He saw me go 9-2 in some squad duel and asked me to join. THAT 9-2 was the best game i'd ever played and I sucked ass in the horde!! needless to say I left them pretty quickly and set up WelshAirForce.

Back in the day I would go around all the zones asking anyone and everyone to join. I would just shout out the PW in an arena and hoped people would join. We had some newb players who turned out to be quite good. Blastmaster, Made You Look, Jujitsu, Foxy to name but a few.

WelshAirForce evolved into -WAF- (ripped from -RAF-, we even had their banner) which evolved into TheCompany.
TheCompany eventually disbanded and I rejoined British Squad. It was from there that I joined Paladen.

I had longed to be in Paladen since starting in tw. It made my day when KJW told me I was in, I was so chuffed. As you can tell my social life had long ago disappeared by this point. It wasn't long before I was made a <ZH> and eventually <ER>. After a few months as <ER> I quit staff and SS altogether for a while. But you know what it always draws you back.

In total I think I have quit SS 4 times now!

Anyway, that brings us pretty much up to date. Long story short, started in 96 became Bailey in 99...P4L!

DSB - I started playing the game in Sept '99, I was showed the game by my mate Spathi_ who now uses the name Xu. We both played DSB and until dec '99/jan '00 I was in the squad RIP which changed its name to Darkside soon after I left and has only recently dissolved after winning shit loads

i loved it until summer 2002, then was playing on and off up to now. i dont play that much but im still quite active
