Have you tried both the install/download version and through steam? Neither work?

Saw more details about the problem in another thread. More likely than not, it's a net issue, maybe on a particular connection.

Note that there's no ban in place, and at least in TW, there's policy in place to prevent bans from happening for personal reasons.

This happens with every zone, correct? How about non-SSC zones that run through a different biller? My guess would be that someone from an IP in your range has attacked something on our biller's server (though not necessarily the biller itself).

Would try leaving your modem off for a bit to see if you can get a significantly different IP address, or maybe try a free VPN using a few different locations.

I tried both versions, none works. I tried a non-SSC zone, it's the same thing. I tried with differents IPs, it's the same thing. I did absolutely nothing on my computer between the last time I logged on and when I saw I can't enter, except SS websites/forums and look sports scores, no porn or dubious websites. My Windows update is dissabled, nothing has been installed between I logged on (monday/tuesday/wednesday, i forgot) and can't anymore (saturday). I didn't punch my computer or whatever like that. Is it technically possible that a third party can prevent me from accessing the game without preventing me from accessing my network?

I don't exactly know why, but I succefuly entered SS (Trench Wars). I succefully changed my Hard Drive ID few minutes ago, then tried and it didn't work, then restarted with VPN on (US server) and I'm in I will try with my regular alias, but I think the problem is solve. I am unable to enter SS. Was going to be borrowed for JD and got d/c'd. Both SSCU servers are down on my end and not sure why? I got into a SSJC server and talked to friends on chat, TW was up for them. Any idea what causes this? It's been months since this happened but it's annoying as hell. Thanks.

PS: I uninstalled it from Steam and reinstalled it to get the same result. I have internet, haven't changed anything on router/virus protection and am able to join other servers, just not SSCU.
