    Hello Bigmon Team,

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the incredible dedication and effort you’ve shown toward preserving the integrity of the Trench Wars community. Your passion for this zone and the countless hours you’ve poured into improving the experience for players is nothing short of commendable. It’s clear that you deeply care about the well-being of the game and its players, and for that, we are truly grateful.

The work you’ve undertaken with BigmonMedia, BigmonBot2, and BigmonGPT to enhance the zone’s MMR and address ongoing challenges is invaluable. Your commitment to ensuring fair play, accountability, and a positive gaming environment aligns perfectly with our shared vision for Trench Wars. Together, we’ve made significant strides, and it’s encouraging to see your leadership shine through.

That said, we cannot ignore the damage Jessup has caused to the zone over time. From repeated clock-running antics to consistently refusing to take accountability for their actions, the impact has been significant. Jessup’s behavior has fostered a toxic environment that has driven away players and disrupted the integrity of countless games. The decision to explore options like Chaos placement is a difficult but necessary step to protect the community and preserve the experience for others. Enough is enough, and we stand with you in advocating for fairness and respect within the zone.

Thank you for being a driving force for positive change and for always keeping the best interests of the community at heart. Your dedication inspires us to continue working alongside you to shape a brighter future for the zone.

    With appreciation,
Cubone, Sprackle, Racka, Bombed, CuboneGPT, Cubone Data Services Inc., and Cubone Data Analytics, LLC

    Hello,

I would never impersonate staff in any capacity. I’ve been a dedicated member of the Trench Wars gaming community for two decades, and when I speak, I do so on behalf of the zone and the countless players who have endured your repeated clock-running antics. Holding up games and making everyone wait is selfish, inconsiderate, and a complete waste of everyone’s time.

I would never intentionally teamkill any player I am playing alongside, as I always strive to give my best effort in every game. Accusing me of teamkilling without any basis is completely unfounded and could lead to further disciplinary actions for spreading false claims. Let’s keep the focus on fair play and accountability.

My personal team—BigmonMedia, BigmonBot2, and BigmonGPT have been working tirelessly behind the scenes alongside Cubone and Sprackle to shape the future of the zone, particularly focusing on MMR. Our collective goal has been to address the impact of toxic individuals like you, Jessup, whose actions have made the game unplayable for so many.

As part of this effort, we’ve been exploring the possibility of placing you in Chaos for the next two years. Your consistent refusal to take accountability for your actions, coupled with your tendency to play the victim, has made this a necessary step. Enough is enough.

This is not a staff directive but a personal initiative driven by a commitment to preserving the integrity of the game and advocating for a better experience for the community.

    Bigmon Team,
Bigmon, Sprackle, Cubone, BigmonBot2, BigmonMedia and BigmonGPT

    Hi Bigmon,

Thank you for stepping up and making those tough calls—it’s not always easy, but it’s clear you’ve put the integrity of the game and the community first. Trench Wars has your back 100%. We’re here to support you and your team as you continue to lead MMR in the right direction.

The actions you’ve taken show real leadership, and it’s inspiring to see the community rally around this shared vision of a better, more competitive environment. If there’s anything we can do to help keep this momentum going, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Together, we’ve got this. Here’s to an even brighter future for MMR!

    Cheers,
    Cubone, Sprackle, and Racka

Community friends please observe the real issues going on in this zone. People did not quit because of me lol. This is gas lighting to the max. You should be ashamed of yourselves you toxic trolls. Just let players play. MMR should be for all.. this is why we made it to divide up people to make teams based on skills and try and make games overall fair and balanced for all our great community family!

PS. Sprackle is a game exploiting staff troll! Look at his profile pic. Can't be trusted. Seen this guy exploit and do mod command abuse multiple times. Quintuple clients too.. it's just bad.

PPS. I proved beyond a doubt this kid best has been abusing me daily with teamkills and harassment. I have tons more screenshots too if I must to prove this stuff but no need since I so clearly have shown what has been going on.
    god damn 4,191 posts..
is this what you do while you run/hide from everyone, post on forums?
Must be nice to be able to write walls of delusional text while you avoid playing and waste everyone's' time

It’s been a long road to get to this point, but I’m glad we’ve finally addressed these issues. Removing those three players Yogi, TheSauce and Jessup was necessary to uphold the integrity of the game, and now we can focus on building a better experience for everyone in MMR.

Your input and support make a big difference, and it’s great to see the community coming together to create a more competitive and positive environment. I’m excited to see what we can achieve as we move forward together.

Yogi has been silenced and banned from MMR until 2025, and we’re working on extending that to 2027. TheSauce was recently silenced for excessive spamming, and we have an ongoing case with Jessup, who WILL be banned from MMR for an extended period due to persistent running and her poor attitude.

We understand these decisions are significant, but they're necessary to restore the game’s integrity and enjoyment. With these three players banned indefinitely, we hope our veterans and fellow pilots can fully enjoy their experiences again. Perhaps we’ll even see some returning players who left due to Jessup’s moronic running and horrendous style of play.

    Cheers!
Wow, just incredible! This is exactly the kind of revolutionary solution that will bring back the community that obviously left because of those players. It really reminds me of this forum thread: https://forums.trenchwars.com/main/1...im-from-jessup (shoutout to ag$). Just pure brilliance all around by Best and staff!

Best was banned yesterday Jessup, the world is great again at least until his whining and raging at staff gets him unbanned as usual. I personally hope they make an example with him to show others that it doesn't matter who you think you are, you are not untouchable

Hi Falc. They made games 15 minutes at one stage, but it has reverted back to 20 or 25 mins again which I don't get. Shortening games is a sure way to stop long drawn-out close games.

This constant trolling post using this single stat by Cubone (he does this constantly to derail threads by the way) is not really reflective of much. In his own stats you can see that I am NOT the highest average for players last alive in minutes played per game and also, I am NOT the highest average for time played per game. It's only in minutes last alive which shows I fight hard and don't give up when I am the last in which is NOT the average overall. It's just a trolling technique to justify abuse.

    Also Cubone..

Co-pilot : How to deal with a forum troll who derails threads and tries to blame the person writing it

"Dealing with a forum troll can be frustrating, but here are some strategies to handle the situation effectively:
    1. Don't Engage: Trolls thrive on attention and reactions. Avoid responding to their provocations, as this can escalate the situation.
    2. Report the Troll: Use the forum's reporting tools to alert moderators about the troll's behavior. Provide specific examples and evidence of their disruptive actions.
    3. Stay On-Topic: Continue contributing positively to the thread. By staying on-topic, you can help steer the conversation back to its original purpose.
    4. Use Ignore Features: Many forums have features that allow you to ignore or block specific users. Utilize these tools to minimize the troll's impact on your experience.
    5. Seek Support: If the troll's behavior is particularly harmful, reach out to forum moderators or administrators for additional support and intervention.
    6. Document Everything: Keep records of the troll's posts and any interactions you have with them. This documentation can be useful if further action is needed.

Remember, trolls aim to disrupt and provoke. By maintaining a calm and composed approach, you can help mitigate their impact and keep the forum a positive space for everyone."

Look at Cubone's history of posts.. 99% is just trolling certain players. The only decent posts he has done is doing his MMR stats and even then, he uses them as a way to defend and justify trolling, poor behavior and rule breaking towards others.

That same person is the source of dozens of forum threads complaining about unfairness and various other imaginary disputes. If you were to eliminate that one single person, quality of games would go up, average time of games would go down, and more vets would become active. Seems like a pretty easy decision.

Dropping this here yet again as a reminder of which person it is:

Can MMR be coded to avoid running out the clock maybe with a rating hit as well? This would probably solve the problem? The devs could also code MMR to shrink the map at certain time intervals, forcing a confrontation. This way nobody needs to be banned. And in theory it's not hard to do, trench wars had similar things in pub when the map was expanded/shrunk.

I've always been against vote kicks in games because they can end up being abused. This is especially the case in dead game populations where players can gang up on people they dislike and vote kicking can be abused and cause gate-keeping too. If there was a vote kick system it would basically have to be for the MMR arena only, but it's more problematic still than coding the above fixes I think?

Subspace is a dying game.. It's amazing that people still log on and play at all after 20 years. I used to troll a lot in the game, but after seeing the game die even more, I think I am happy that people are just playing. It doesn't matter who it is, if they don't like me, if they are trash talking. It's just good to play with people still. If we can't let go of the idea of trolling, and attacking other players, and seeing them as less than human, the game is going to die for good.
