Big name squads tend to not have any spines, this happens over and over again. Some people argue that it's not stealing players, but convincing someone to join, or even suggesting someone to join that's on another squad already is stealing, then they make up lame excuses like "Oh.. umm he already wanted to leave," let them leave FIRST then pick them up, just show the squad some respect.

How do you know we are all so egotistical? Besides our forum hoes lunch jackie and k2, I don't think you have ever spoken to anyone on our squad except your friend wpe. I read this stuff late nights some times, long time reader, first time writer? And anyways, every single time you bring up RB you immediately follow it up with a slam at our huge egos, like you know any of us. I am sure that if you just took the time to look, you would certainly find that we're just a bunch of really nice kids...asshole, you're nothing!

Ah, I don't think they are arrogant. Some of their players might overestimate their squad, but that doesn't hurt anyone but themselves.
It would be more painful if they act this way, and then take away the cup. Then they would be arrogant.
I myself wouldn't like it all too much if I see squaddies brag about our squad, or draw too much attention to it.

During matches it's another story, I like to give the opponent some trash at times to heat up the battle. Especially off-season the matches get so tame, that the games are almost not worth it anymore.
When you give another squad some shit, they will feel the urge to put you back on your place, and put more effort in the games they play against you.
