Update: Eligibility to Captain value has been decreased from 5 million to 4 million. $4,000,000+ players are now eligible to cap.

I understand that, but there could be a per league ceiling from Ixador's post, separate from the total salary maybe? You are basing formulas across 3 leagues into 1. Someone could stack high salaries based on 1 leagues rating, unless I'm missing something?

They can stack one league if they so desire. Same goes for any other league even dt. Cool thing about this league is that it isnt a draft, but open recruitment, so players can choose who they want to play for.

TWD rosters were originally for all 3 leagues, we are sticking with that format. Salaries are determined by DT ratings more so than MMR so if you have higher ratings in a league you are priced more.

I think this is all good but I would like to say I think it's important we reset MMR data and allow people the ability to be placed properly and fairly. I know myself and many others gave up on MMR ages ago and threw away a lot of games or were like me and used MMR as a method to unrust from a lengthy hiatus because TWD is dead. Not really a good or accurate representation of skill if we are to just pour like 2 years of MMR into a league. Think everything should be a fresh slate at the beginning of every season personally is all and that's what I wanted to express here.

Everything else looks good to me. Thanks Banks for all your hard work planning it out, going through proper channels to garner attention and getting the whole thing off the ground. Well done my man. Thanks to everyone else for their involvement too, you guys fucking rock! Really have nothing but love for you guys and hope this league is a critical success for the zone. Best wishes!

PS: Reminds me, how will scoring work? What if Tiny is a cap, buys a bunch of javs and owns the JD divisions. Is there a penalty for this style of play? Can we hyper focus on one division or is it encouraged/rewarded to have a well rounded team proficient in all aspects? Thanks in advance for explaining this.
