i voted for 35 cap, then i said don;t do it because it would make kthx whine, but that is nothing new and he has nothing to do with twbd outisde of his forum trolling, so ya, 35 is the way to go.

that being said pandora has 22 and is active, people that play once a year do not need a squad, only active players will keep twl and twd in business.

there are 2 ways to kill a troll

1. is to ignore him, which is hard cuz everyone has to do it, and if 1 person slips, and says something nasty in return, this will feed the starving troll back to full strength, it can be hilarious though as the troll starts laying down triple posts and becomes more desperate, like this one, which was classic:

wow pandora formed, has 20 members and bds all day, sry kthx but even with 200 people online we are still able to manage to play the game we have loved for long, hope this doesn't ruin your day. The fact that people that aren't like you still are having fun, must drive you nuts. it's 2011, this game was made in 1996, and yet we can still find 8 players on our team and 8 on another to play games, where is the problem.

we have 22 members and are not hiring anymore basers because we know the overall population is low in all leagues and we want to continue to have active squads to play against. Do not enforce a squad limit or it will just give these whining faggots something more to complain about, because that is all they do now anyways, whine about particular staffers or some racism call, and pretend that is the reason tw is dying, not because it is an aging game. draft why don;t you and kthx suck each other's dicks instead of continuously whining about a league you have nothing to do with and have never been able to play successfully. a dueler whining about the cram, how novel.

Or hire prostitutes to suck off basers while they play base in order to get people to play a league thats dying because of retarded decisions by basers in public arenas and because its a boring league thanks to "cramming"

even big squads can be inactive, Sage was pretty inactive towards the end of TWL and we had more ppl than that prolly yet the bd's fell off during the last couple of weeks

while there is a hardcore that all teams should be based around it's important to allow the more causal players who buff up the numbers but all in all dont play that many games to still be on the roster. Often having one of these ppl show up randomly will allow you to get the numbers to bd etc ... it also makes the game more fun to play with someone you've not seen much in years. I dont see the point in not allowing these guys to hang around TWD.

so basicaly just SELF regulate this and not be idiots all jumping on the same 2 squads consider tightening the TWL limits NOW but leave TWD alone as TWD should always be for the more causal player and if basers cant have the discipline to spread themselves out a little more sensibly then it's doomed no matter what.

when squads dont have enough try getting ?go base active ... reprogram the bot so you dont need staff to start it and if inclined start it a command like !cap <squadname> where squadname will be checked against your twd squad and then lock all players of that squad out of the other team or some crap like that

No, well then there should be exceptions, for example it would be stupid if we (diso) would have to remove the inactive old diso vets who has been on ouir roster for years just because of a twd cap limit.
I understand if you want to create more activity but removing inactive old guys who doesn't play is no idea.

those inactive players can re-apply every year/month they come on. i don't see 'disoblige' even hitting 35 with the population we have now.

i'd just like to say on freebie's behalf....we have a huge roster, but we get the most we can out of it. We do have alot of inactives, but we also have alot of active players but as we 3 league we literally never have 15 players stacked watching a dd; if we have about 8 online we do a bd, if we have less than that we jd or dd. We aren't like quake where they had 15 guys speccing in a dd room when 4 of their squaddies got to play. Roster capping twd would sort of ruin freebie for us as we wouldn't have our more inactive guys able to pop on once a month for a bd and disappear for ages again.
