TWL Important Poll!

This limit sucks, i've argued about this a million times, so I'm not gonna do it again, I'm just gonna say that it sucks.

I didnt mean u guys didnt have a valid base bird, as we all know ur a great base bird, but ur 1 of the squads who arent pure basing who will probably make TWL. U also have to remember besides u, im not sure if i could think of someone who is a "good" basebird or base jav on grapevine. I could be very very wrong i didnt think hard about ur roster. Like if u didnt show up, or u had to terr, then ur best lineup would probably be to have a 5 spider lineup. U mite think that im totaly wrong, but i think ur the only one who konws that, i also think that ur the one who should be able to decide that. Just like if i was a captain and i thought 5 spiders was my best lineup i should be able to play that.

Ok, so TWL isn't going to start in the next month, maybe not even in the following 5 months. I'm pretty darn sure we'll come up with something before that. I find it funny how you call Randedl a great base bird and not that "good" of a basebird in the same sentence.

What's the point of running these polls for all the public to vote on?

The point being, should a player in a squad that is not going to make TWL-B be allowed to vote on how it's played? I think the only people who should be allowed to vote are the 16 or so captains of the squads actually participating in TWL-B (assuming we can get qualification out of the way and know which squads are in).

Now, if these polls were being used to decide on changes to TWBD, it'd make sense to have everyone who wants to vote on it.

U cant really say who IS and who ISNT gonna make/play in TWL rite now. The only garenteed ppl are the playoff squads who didnt die from last season. There are many spots for new squads and also many squads for ppl to join for this season. U cant really make it that way unless it happend after the TWL teams were chosen.

I said rand is a great basebird then i said besides him meaning other then him i dont know if there is anyone else who is a "good" base jav or base bird. I know u can jav but i imagine u'll be terring if ur there, which lets rand bird. I could be totatly wrong, i dont care i was simply using grapevine as an example of a squad taht will make TWLB that isnt pure basing.

oddly enough, I think you're wrong. All the squads that use 5 spids seem to want to ban the 5 spid line. It's twisted and I don't understand it.

This is semi off topic, but I put it here rather than create a new post.

You notice that there are 3 polls up right now, all dealing with the same league, which isn't even the most popular league, and i've heard may have issues fielding 16 teams.

Ever thought about the issues with TWLD/LJ - both could use a map overhaul (LD especially) and both could have other thigns done to improve them, like bringing back the best of 3 rounds. But I guess when all TWL Upper Staff does is base, thats all that gets attention.

Now tell me, what was the point of your reply to me?

To reiterate my point, if Paladen (for example), don't make it into TWL-B, why the hell should any of their members have the abliity to vote on the rules for TWL-B. Furthermore, if you limit voting on these polls to just the squads involved, you still have a problem of squads with more members having a larger say over the poll than other smaller squads. It makes more sense to have the captain/squadowner of those teams in TWL-B (after qualification and selection has been done) vote on what rules should be implemented.
