simple fact is, there are more twl spots in each league than their are "skilled" teams. therefore, some weak squads are going to be in. does it really matter whether they get in at #16 or at #6? not really.

Awesome, they beat the system and I think once they get smashed in the leagues, the TWL Ops will take action (but it is a little lame to just tell a squad they can't be in because they "lamed" their way in; too subjective).

It is not Avalonian or BS fault the system is like this. They are dedicated enough to be active and look for the matches while you just come to forums and whine instead of playing alot of TWDs. If you think you deserve to be in TWLs? Just play the matches be more active than the other squads. If you are stating you are better than these underdog squads, why don't you beat the top squads(Like Mambo in BD) and get shitload of pts. Right now it seems you can't match the dedication to qualifying with the current system(not that im saying its the ultimate best way of picking the TWL squads) but instead of recruiting active members you whine here.

I'd be more concerned about how the "TWL deserving" squads will show enough ppl on for ten weekends if they can't manage to play enough during qualifying.


Avalonian w/e good luck and don't mind these these forum jackasses, they are just jealous. Last season my squad Burning Rose was the target of these attacks of playing only newbies etc etc still we showed for all games and even were victorious in some.

it won't matter if the twd is extented to 2 months or 2 years. those squads will still continue to make ez squads and avoid playing the top ones.

It does matter bc the ladders even out. The best squads rise to the top bc they get more points per win ( vs higher rated squads) Once the ladders even out, which takes more then 3 weeks the #1-3 squads will have something around 1500-1700 points and instead of Avalonian playing an 800 Rated squad and gaining 10 points, they will be more motivated to play someone like Shriek who is #1 and IF the'd win they'd get 40+ points, and if they lost they'do nly lost 5-10. There is no motivation for these squads to play the top oens, they win they get 20-30 points, they lose they lose 20-30 points bc all the ratings are so close. If ur smart u'd much rather play someone like Paladen who has a 900 Rating and u get 15-20 points for a win then playing someone like Shriek for 30 ppoints. Its 10 points, that can be againedi n 1 more ez game. Its about usin ur brain. Seems they know how to us it properly. And theyg ot some (A) / (C) who are strong willed and dont give in to pressure.

If it come to a vote your going to get see the same squads every year with the same players going against each other.

And to the Pirate wanker having a go at British squad, to you maybe we have not played any hard games, to us we have. We are learning fast and a new set of players getting better each day. There are alot of squads on that list we were more than happy to beat, I am sorry we are not as good as you.
