The whole aspect of "cramming" has made basing better as a whole. It adds a more competative level of play as compared to when everyone was lining (plus all these kids from the pubs finally made it to the leagues).

Geekbot's ideas are just stupid and ruin the whole point of what we've tried to create--A game from trench wars public arena used to emphasize holding the flag. You can't change the settings from the pub or else you ruin the aspect of the game. Look at ASWZ, they changed the settings and everyone left.

The only thing I think we're losing sight of is the Levithian and the pub weasel. If we could use these ships in TWL like we could in TWBL (under dantax and before dantax) it would give another aspect of variability to base games.

can't you just give us a quick synopsis of your point? I can't read all that.

Currently, the burst spots emit at straight up, down right and down left.

Malladrin is suggesting that the burst be inverted so that the bursts are released at up left, straight down and up right. This would enable the attacking terrier to more easily throw up more bursts into the cram without having to go all the way up into the line of fire and risk a suicide death.

There was a diagram, but I have no idea where it is.

If one team is using a player to constantly spawn the levi, it all balances out. I'm with Mitch. Let us use the levi and mini-weasel.

THeres a huge influx of new good squads, and any of the top 6 really could win the entire thing, thats way better than the top 3 in years past. But that has nothign to do with cramming, that has to do with new players enjoying ?go base and the fact that a lot of basers are now staff, so it's hosted more and thus is now more popular.

Basing is more competitive, not more fun.

I play for fun, not to see that a bunch of laggy people can sit in a tiny hole and ruin a league i enjoyed.
