thanks to help of BIET and qan we have now fully managed to automate league rosters with the new bots. this means captains and assistant captains are automatically assigned when a game starts and you can only add players who are listed on your league rosters. hosts can still assign more assistant captains to teams should they be needed, but only by request. hosts can also add players who for some reason can not be added to games despite being eligible, as an example if there is a typo on roster lists.
please make sure your rosters are correct on the TWL rosters spreadsheet, and this includes checking player names, and feel free to contact TWL operators for any further help. we can still add players as assistants or captains during the weekend, but any player additions will have to wait until Monday.
this feature will also be very useful for future TWDT seasons as we can easily assign more assistant captains to teams.
