Squad hopping seems to be a problem every year in twl and people seem to try to come up with new solutions to fix it like the soft/hard lock and other ways.
I just had an idea to put out there about how to make rosters a bit more stable. I don't know if it's ever been proposed before, and if so, oh well... sorry.
How about picking any number (10 comes to mind since there are 10 weeks of TWL) and make a roster limit of like 30 for example. When TWL starts, and the ops send out the invitation for all squads that have qualified for twl, the squads have to send back their roster of up to 30 people. After that point, the squad is allowed to take the number above (10) and add that many more people to their roster over the course of the season (given that they still keep within 30 roster limit).
Basically, it doesn't have anything to do with the calander and getting everyone on roster really quick before a certain date. It gives the captains of the TWL squads the ability to decide for themselves how quickly and how accurately to recruit and if a squad like Shriek dies like last year (or the incident with download/nethervoid/decypha) and people want to join squads after week 5, they still can.
Just an idea... opinions please? (about the idea, not me B))
