Never thought of Ancients - they always stay real quiet, but when twl rolls around they seem to jump in and do well.

i hope twl is 14-16 teams, that way it will be fun and FR Takers will beable to beat squads like Burners and Syne (we need to rematch you with good people on) and some other squads. Then mabye some good (well known/developed) basers will join and we can go to the deep end of the swimming pool.

since you're my friend i won't flame.. but lets just say syne ain't making TWL. Burners probably dissolves(unless i don't know sponge B0B as well as i thought).. and i honestly don't think beating Syne/Burners wold hook you up with experienced elite TWLB-Players :turned:

I would be bothered to play TWLB if I could find a nice squad that plays both TW-J and TW-B. But for now I see no nicer squad than BoZ anyway.

I was thinking; Wouldn't be a good idea to seperate all 3 divisions/leagues.
So that you could play for 3 different squads (one each league)

- If you have a splendid squad that already plays all 3 leagues you can keep that together
- If you only care about one league you can stick to a squad that either only competes in one, or you can join a squad that plays your league amongst the other 2.
- If you want to compete in 2 or 3 leagues you could play for 2/3 different squads
- If you only care about having fun, you can stick to a squad that's fun for you.

Staff makes us believe doublesquadding is a thing of the past, so it shouldn't be a problem. The oppurtunity to play for the best squad in each league should also take away the need to doublesquad for the more gifted players.

Since you no longer have the: 'we need a big roster because we play 3 leagues', you could choose decent rostercap (IE: max of 20 people on a league-roster).

The gain would be that those people who are only excelling in one league can still compete in other leagues instead of only choosing for that one league they have a shot at winning. I think it would boost activity in all the leagues and increase the quality of the teamrosters.

Last season we had 16 squads in TWL-B. I understand that many dissolved or some got inacitve, but out of every squad eligible on the TWBD-Ladder these are the only squads who i can find SOME determination in BD, even the FR Takers has FlagRoom in their name and i talked to their cap Chuck about stuff and he wants to go to TWLB. As does OMGIMONFIRE!(TheFlamers). But i just dont get it, is TWLB going to be 12 squads? 14? 16? How can we get more together. A post like this was started by Asmodeus and went in the right direction but i just dont see how TWLB will work out with the lack of basing competition. Brainstorm guys, think of ways to make basing more fun. What happened to this "TWLB Tournament" that Spikey and I weren't allowed to do because staff was going to do it? Camisade, get active and start pwning again i've seen some games out of you which is defintaely good. Burners keep it up. Red Veil work together play teamwise. TeKs keep it flashin i mean lets go guys pick it up a bit lets get some game going.. Out of the 16 squads last season, i see 6 on this twbd ladder. -final- come back to playing base, Mambo reform. do something to get this to work

What do you mean by that? Play even more games? We probably average a couple BD's a day, plus at least 10 or more on the weekends. I think that's pretty good, but I'm not going to sit on my ass all day just to bd, I have more important things to do.. like sitting on my ass eating.

No please, give me that big post (or at least _some_ arguments). I don't think the effect wont be that big at all.
If you care more about squading than TWL, nothing would change for you, and powerhouse squads for the sole purpose to win a TWL and dissolve already exist. It's merely for the average players that could compete in more than one league but are forced into one league.
I could be seeing this wrong, and maybe it's too much work for TWLops since they have to copy and paste the rules of season 6 again already and stuff like that. <_<

I think this would be better than squads of 35 members because a squad tries to go from a one-league squad into a 2-league squad. They mostly don't make it and end up with a load of useless players which could have been more of a use in squads really competing in their division.

Im happy to help teaching people and if you ask me i could tell a captain to pick you in base. We do need more players base isnt doing well atm. I was thinking about making a new squad but theres not enough players around.
