Money system ?

-f- hardly dissolves, they just are afk. And squads like Dice and Syndicate dissolve in a way that all people spread out to different squads, I think thats rather their choice... but you could make a rule that returning squads with same first cap gets the money back with what they finished or something :P

I am not saying this thing will save TW, its just a thought

i like the idea, but it wont work for tw
1) tw population is just too high
2) there are too many 'inactive' people who plays once a week but still wants to be on a squad
3) tw's history is too long for the whole definition of squad to be remake again.

well since everyone starts out being valued at 1000, and their value changes according to how well they do, they would have no trouble keeping their roster, The problem would be, if everyone did well the salary cap of a team would be huge, which would be very unrealistic. There has to be a limit imposed on how much a person can be worth, and i'm sure most players would like to look as being the most expensive, or get some incentive for being more expensive.

Maybe it is a high chance of failure, but its a great idea, a wonderful addition to our twd system to perhaps get more competitive and more fun. If we were to try this, I would assume you'd need a lot of people helping to run it, or make sure nothing goes wrong, because i'm sure it'd be very confusing for some people to follow it. Who knows, maybe it might bring more balance to squads

I agree, this system could be very much fun indeed. Like someone said, it could perhaps balance the teams. Then again most elite squads probably wouldn't agree to it..unless every player had the same value.

But anyway this could be fun to try! Unbiased rankers anywhere? Kinda like they evaluated every player in chaos to determine who is allowed to play in the easier aml league and who isn't. (I wasn't, lol =P) Keke.

Excellent Idea Na$. Although a full overhaul of how we work TWL would be a pretty drastic move. Consider the challenges already facing staff to keep/improve our current TWL system. How many players have come and gone now working towards it's completion. Let's not let their work be in vain by changing everything around. Besides, with such an increase in work level, it could be ages before we saw a new twl.

Although one point I STRONGLY (yes caps) agree with, is the contracts. Top squads/older squads are supported by a core of loyal/experienced players. We should learn by example. People should have to make a commitment to the squad their joining, especially if it's a squad thats been here for some time. Nothing huge, but maybe we could get creative. Contracts could include things like activity levels. Agreed upon by negotiation, how active the players has to be

ie. 20 hrs a week, or 30 elim games a week.. or ?go base games. or twd matches?

Or maybe if they wanted to leave before lets say a month? They'd have to wait 48-72 hrs or something before they're able to join another squad. Sure that sounds drastic.. but it would make people strongly consider leaving or joining a squad. It would also force them to plan their movements more carefully. Preventing newbish squadhopping and unstable players from ruining strong and respectable squads.
