Yeah I remember what Epi said. Pirates played my squad Rusher in LJ with one or both 2d and Epi in even though they switched squads the same weekend we expected them to have forfeit the match but there was this big old discussion that because they left before the matches ended and they opted to leave when they still had a chance to play, it didnt count as next week

Sounded stupid but we had to deal with it and the game counted

But, nonetheless the point is, that's how the rule went, there was a forum thread about it you can dig up if you want

I remember last twl when player x (mouse) left squad y (Pandora) at sunday because they lost to squad z (Dice). He even wrote to conference that he left because he was angry after a loss. Yet he was playing next week because they sent email to TWL Ops telling that he left by accident. Of course his post in forums was edited too...

Oh and he was cap so you really can't deroster one by accident. That's some bs if you ask me.

One, that was ME and i was let back into TWL because it never said anything about joining back to your OWN squad just was against joining another squad. ( soft lock ) all i can say is EZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I spoke to Reaver about this before 4th march, when to leave the squad to get active for next week. But he is just the TWD Op, so I did a help call and ask for a TWL Op and this TWL Op said, it's all good if you leave now. Don't remember who and he said it's all good.

Maybe there is a Log about my help call to make this clear!

If my statement is wrong the Rules won't be updated, but let's see there will be an update, due to my problem. To make it clear for anyone, when I read the Rules it wasn't clear for that point and you had the decision to let me play or don't let me play. But you decided against me due to the fact, I would have played Sake for that game.

Let's see, there is someone to get the death penalty and the law wasn't clear enough. You still going to kill him? That's what you just did to me by deciding to the disadvantage of myself.

You had the last decision on this, so it's your abuse. Don't try to get other Staffer involved.

By updating the Rules you showed me. That I was totally right with the point I made and that I had a 0% chance of knowning when a week period starts!

This is the best argument you could have made. You admit that you treat me in a bad way, because you got treat that way. A good Staffer would act the different way and would have changed everything early enough.

twl weekend has been saturday and sunday for many years now, there is no discussion about this.. if you leave on twl weekend you sit out the next week.

maybe just don't squadhop and you wouldn't have these 'problems' (way to think you're indespendable btw, you're new squadmates will love you with that attitude). i never get why so many people care about useless squadhoppers 'rights'. they have none, i'd penalize them for half a season or a whole season for being a pain in the ass..

I sympathize with you pascone, but even after reading your replies, and others, I still think Nikolai is completely right. Unless Pure_Luck, or Dock> or someone decided this above you, you had some sort of say as a head twl Op. Maybe the actual decision wasn't made while you were on, but did you not still have time to correct, or change it? If the rule doesn't state anywhere that a week starts via TWL timeslots, I know alot of people wouldn't have that as their first assumption. Like I said, I'm not going for your throat here, but wouldn't it be alot easier for staff to just say - 'ok, i was wrong, let me try to fix it' rather than just argue, and say there was nothing you could of done? One point I really disagreed with is you saying that you should ask a TWL Op about the rule. Rules are suppose to be written so even the stupidest person in the world can read them and understand them clearly. Thats the point of writing them out. So that way, you don't get hassled by people asking stupid questions, and causing you alot more stress in the long run.

In addition, whenever a complaint like this gets ignored or lost in the bickering, nothing tends to get changed.

Totally agreed. Rules has to be written in Dumbest Assumable User (DAU)!
And whenever there is a conflict. You guys have to decide to my good!
