I stopped reading your post after this because it sounds like you mean Da1 has become good in flying 2dspaceships, and therefor I can't take anything you post serious anymore.

Let me just ask...who should have been running it, and why would it have had any different outcome? Personally I think this TWL was quite crap because of lost interest in the league amongst the players - including me.

ok, first off ill agree with the lost interest, HOWEVER let me put it this way, the newer generation of players are more than capable of stepping up and should. Da1 you werent always an all star anything, and there were players before you that were running things, and you didn't matter. and as far as WHO should be running it, well thats not really my call is it? I am not staff let alone a high ranked staff member. I won't bash anyone specific in this stuff. What I will say is that it SHOULD be run differently. For one, I think there needs to be less squads in twl. It's quite obvious that there were not enough skilled squads in the LD and LJ divisions (I dont follow basing so I wouldn't know about them). The replacement squads were bad also, considering I don't think any of them at least in the LD side won a game.

I have another thread on what should be different next season, which really is small scale stuff not a huge change to the entire system. Small steps I guess right?

Kim mentioned in a pm the other day that he thought to help fix TWL, the entire staff should be on the TWL team not a small section of them. This would make TWL a high priority for everyone, and so all opinions would matter on the subject. I think it was a good idea myself. Then you can't blame a single individual or two for twl being bad, because it wasn't really pascones fault that there were shitty squads this season.

If we want people to show for the All-Star game, we will have to do a big 'Hot or Not' web page for the game.
That way, everyone will be concerned about who gets flamed and all the other good gossip that this community seems to care about. :P

Just the court jester that staff mistakenly and unfairly felt needed to be called upon. It wasn't at all about you, never was. You're a joke... a pathetic one at that. Except that you posted what? 3 or 4 posts about only me? You needed to post screenshots, you did research on the twl website, so on and so forth. Did it take a lot of time? Nope. But don't for a second pretend that it wasn't meant with malice towards me. First off, I retired in November of 2007. Since then I've logged on i'd guess 8 times total, for probably a combined time total of 4 hours or so excluding the at least 2 or 3 hours I was online sunday. Don't give me some bullshit about 'you would have played during the season' As I was playing in TWL before you were playing this game. I've done the TWL thing and I had more than my fill. Am I a selfish, ego driven asshole? Not at all. I fully admit to being an asshole to marks and people who deserve (you sir by the way, are both)

And with bragging as hard as I can, the All-Star game would have been even more of a joke had I not shown up. Then it would have been worthless AND boring, now it was just worthless. Insert some more insults at you that you seem to think hurt me for some reason. If you're going to insult people at least learn to go after something legit, like how you were preaching too a bunch of kids about the word of god not too long ago, or how about the fact that in the words of bram (who is never wrong, unless he says I suck)

ps. Everyone (except HeavenSent) loves Kookie, so in a way he's quite a winner at online 2d-spaceshipshooting imho.
