#1 You Need To be logged in (if you are logged in, logout and back in again to refresh your details)
#2 Goto match, Click [ Add Prediction ] which is on the right side after the title bit saying "Predictions"
#3 If Your Still having problems, post a screen-shot or email the screen-shot to me - tw @ riistar.org

I just noticed an issue if your using "Stay Logged in" when you return to the site a certain detail was not reset when you returned to the site...

No people don't read the news, in fact most don't even visit the forums. Gotta tell people in game if you want them to be aware of stuff. Very nice work though. Maybe for future seasons, it could keep track of each players predictions and how accurate they are.
