Server is partialy rite and partialy wrong, he is being a little arrogant rite now , but he is rite that u gotta remember myth gets to terr with 1 of the top basing teams, Divine gets to basebird in lower bc his team has base, same w/ PJ in jav. Server isnt a newb, but i dont know if he is better then thes guys in there ships or not but place him with a team like pallies and he'd hang in just as much i'd say.

(not saying thes guys arent good alone, but it dont hurt them) so u know ;D

People who have performed well under pressure in previous seasons don't need to practice 24/7. To be able to perform under pressure shows that they have the mental ability to play under pressure, and to have the 'winning spirit' to not give up. Sorry Epi, I respectfully disagree with you here. Take for instance pallies in TWLB last season (no disrespect to pallies, just an instance)- they played well until round eight, where they suffered their only loss of the regular season to rabbits. They went on to the playoffs, to play Mambo, and they were knocked out first round. I remember the match decently, and they just didn't have the teamwork that Mambo had, and that made the game.

Pallies practiced less during the season that mambo did (in TWD), and I'm guessing that made a difference.

that was true, altho thats no excuse, we still shoulda taken it. we got outplayed, simple as that. I still wish we had have had our starters, cause its always fun in playoffs when you're starting lineup shows. but what can you do but look to the future. p.s. someone check when ourlast basing match was, heh. we really need to play some more.

same thing is true of spastic though. no offense to them, but no one had even heard of 75 percent of their roster much before the previous twl.

I played in that playoff match. If I'm starting in TWL, it's a sad state of affairs.

edit: here was our lineup... its not like we were missing all of our starters, but quite a few.

This is what I pretty much agree with. The current crop of basers have a wide range of skill levels, and several off them are excellent players, but they're all pretty generic for the most part. Take terrs for instance; the older terrs, Pearl Jam, a2m, warportal, mythrandir, brookus, no one can kill me, all play unique styles that are very distiguishable from each other. Some are a little more reckless, some a little more conservative, but you can tell who's playing, just by how they fly. The current group of terrs has some excellent players, even outstanding ones, but they only play _one way_. Maybe a little more aggressive sometimes, maybe a little less, but it's always the same way. I've been known to terr a bit when my lag drops, and I know I've been able to pull shit on the current crop of basers, with way more active time than myself, that just doesn't slide on the "been there, seen that" crowd. Out of my top 5 terrs, you'd have maybe 1-2 from the current group, I'll take a more experienced player anyday.

P.P.S.: I've played with you server. I wouldn't let you touch a single ship in a game that mattered. You play selfish,. egotistical, and you won't swallow your pride long enough to learn to play better. You choke under pressure, and are very VERY quick to blame your team instead of your own piss poor play. Quit for a couple months, the break might shrink your head a bit. I wouldn't even let you touch a terr in a ?go base match.
